Children will complete a series of superhero-themed physical challenges designed to develop key physical skills, build confidence and encourage teamwork — all while having lots of fun.

Children begin their journey at the Superhero Training Academy, where they take part in a series of exciting missions and physical challenges led by our energetic coaches.
Through fun obstacle courses, movement games and teamwork challenges, children will test their speed, balance, agility and strength as they work their way through their experience.
Every activity is designed to keep children active, engaged and smiling, while helping them build important early physical skills and confidence.
By the end of the session, children will have completed their Superhero Training, leaving them proud of their achievements and excited about their new superhero powers.
